Question Words Notes #14 • Standard 1. 2: Students understand interpret written and spoken language on a variety of topics • Objective: Students will learn Spanish questions words and how to use in a sentence.
Question words ¿Qué? ¿Quién? / ¿Quiénes? (plural/singular) ¿Cuál? / ¿Cuáles? ¿Cómo? ¿Cuándo? ¿Cuánto? (a / os / as) (-o, -a, -os, -as ending depends on gender/number of noun) ¿Dónde? ¿Por qué? What? Who? Which (one / ones)? How? When? How much / many? Where? Why? Question words go at the beginning of a sentence like in English. Ex. How many students are there? ¿Cuantos estudiantes hay? 3
