QUESTION TAGS ¿Qué son Question Tags? En nuestro idioma español equivale a decir: ¿CIERTO ? ¿ VERDAD? Pero cómo lo podemos interpretar en el idioma inglés dependerá de lo siguiente:

I QUESTION TAG Consideremos los siguientes ejemplos: 1) It’s cold today Isn’t it ? 2) We are studying English now Aren’t we ? ¿CIERTO? 3) Your Dad can speak Spanish ¿ VERDAD? Can’t he ? Si eres observador te podrás dar cuenta que todas las oraciones están en forma positiva en tanto que “QUESTION TAG” está en forma negativa. Entonces lo representamos: ORACIÓN QUESTION TAG

II QUESTION TAG Ahora contrario a lo anterior tenemos la oración en negativa y “QUESTION TAG” está en forma positiva siempre en pregunta. Entonces lo representamos: ORACIÓN Consideremos los siguientes ejemplos: 1) It’s not cold today 2) We aren’t studying English now 3) Your Dad can’t speak Spanish QUESTION TAG Is it ? Are we ? Can he ? ¿CIERTO? ¿VERDAD?
