QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OHS POLICY TECALUM SL aims to create value for society in a sustainable way (shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers. . . ) by means of four fundamental concepts in its business philosophy: INNOVATION, KNOWLEDGE, QUALITY AND SERVICE. For this, a Quality Management System has been implemented and maintained based on the following concepts: • Accept the challenge of becoming a leader in quality management in his own sector. • Establish a system and provide the organization of the technical and human resources to ensure quality standards for their products by identifying and satisfying the requirements, needs and expectations of the client, as well as of the shareholders, workers, suppliers, institutions and public bodies and others interested parties, thus ensuring the long-term success of the company. • Quality and risk prevention are common tasks in all areas of the company. Each of these areas act both as clients and internal providers of other departments and people of the organization. TECALUM SL maintains a specific dedication to protecting people’s health, natural resources and environment impacts at national and international levels. That is why TECALUM SL publicly establishes and declares that this policy: • Is considered appropriate to the nature, magnitude and environmental impacts of the organization. • It provides a reference framework for establishing and reviewing the objectives and goals of quality as well as risk prevention and environment. • It is documented, implemented, maintained and communicated to all people who work in the organization or on behalf of it. With this policy, TECALUM SL undertakes to comply with the following principles: • Maintain an efficient quality management system under constant revision that allows continuous improvement in aspects of quality, risk prevention and environment care; preventing and minimizing the risks associated with workplaces, pollution and waste reduction. Likewise taking into account the compliances with the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the ones subscribed to the organization itself. • The management of TECALUM SL considers MOTIVATION, TRAINING AND LEADERSHIP as priority aspects in order to promote and convert at all times the management of quality, environment and risk prevention in a participatory task at all levels of the company and in all types of activity that develops. The application of this policy implies the active integration of the entire human team of the company. • Strengthen our efforts in the development and implantation of new technologies focused on the reduction of contaminants. Likewise, we commit to improve the effects that our facilities and products have in the environment and in the communities that surround us, where we live and work, in order to promote the continuous improvement of them.
