WP ACTIVITIES AND PROGRESS AKTIVNOSTI I NAPREDAK PO RADNIM PAKETIMA In numbers, the QB is in charge of assurance/delivery of: � 1 Quality Control and Monitoring Strategy with the timetable and deadlines that regulate precisely the work of the QB; � 1 synthesis report/analysis on the survey performed how students like idea of introducing new DBBT master studies based on 6 WB institutional reports – WP 1; � 1 report on the relevance and quality of new developed curricula – based on 6 internal evaluation reports one report per partner - each WB partner; � 2 synthesis reports on new curricula development - intermediate and final, based on 2 x 6 WB institutional reports; � 2 quality assurance reports, containing the results of the assessment of the quality of project results (curricula, material, trainings, OER, etc. ) with embodied DBBT QB activity reports; � 1 questionnaire model for students' evaluation of new study programme – WP 5, � 2 impact surveys and their results (intermediate and final, prepared before intermediate and final project reports) � 6 meetings of the DBBT QB and 6 Minutes from these meetings Quality plan -results, progress and measurments_upd 0318. xlsx
WP ACTIVITIES AND PROGRESS AKTIVNOSTI I NAPREDAK PO RADNIM PAKETIMA � U brojevima, odbor za osiguranje kvaliteta je odgovoran za obezbedjenje: � 1 QC&M Strategije sa planom i rokovima koji precizno regulišu rad QB; � 1 sintetizovani izvestaj/analizu o istrazivanju zainteresovanosti studenata za uvodjenje novog studijskog programa na osnovu 6 izveštaja WB partnera; � 1 izveštaj o relevantnosti i kvalitetu novih studijskih programa na osnovu 6 izveštaja WB partnera; � 2 sintetizovana izveštaja – tekući i finalni na osnovu 2 x 6 WB institucionalnih izveštaja; � 2 izveštaja o obezbedjenju kvaliteta zajedno sa izveštajima o aktivnostima DBBT QB; � 1 model upitnika za studentsku evaluaciju novih studijskih programa; � 2 analize istraživanja uticaja i rezultata (tekuća i finalna pripremljene pre tekućeg i finalnog izveštaja) � 6 sastanaka DBBT QB i 6 zapisnika sa ovih sastanaka

Set up of DBBT laboratory/Training the staff for use of equipment (Equipment registered in Inventory and marked with the sticker? Partners to send scanned Inventory books and photos. How many teaching staff to be trained? ? ) 2. Design of teaching materials (At least 1 TM per course is produced. Is material accessible on HEI’s web site? Is it possible to use one textbook at other institutions? ) 3. Methodological instructions for teaching and students’ practice are defined (Approve the deliverable) Važni indikatori vezani za WP 2: 1. Uspostavljanje DBBT laboratorija/Trening osoblja za korišćenje opreme (Oprema registrovana u knjizi inventara i obeležena nalepnicom? Partneri da posalju skenirane knjige i slike opreme. Koliko predavača će biti obučeno? ? ) 2. Dizajn edukativnog materijala (Minimum 1 TM po predmetu. Da li je dostupan na web sajtu institucije? Da li je moguce koristiti material od strane drugih institucija? ) 3. Metodološke instrukcije sa nastavnike i studentsku praksu su definisane (Usvajanje dokumenta)

Sadržaj i dizajn knjige nastavnog plana i programa specijalističkih akademskih i master studija usaglasiti i odobriti od stane PMC i QB �

Important issues to discuss WP 5: Implementation of master academic and vocational studies curricula (Report on implementation, number of enrolled students) Monitoring indicators defined and approved by QB members (for example: no of students per WB institution; average classes attendance; average marks; other statistical indicators) Assessment of the level of students' satisfaction with the new study programs (Questionnaire content and design approved, Assessment completed, Report to be submitted to WP leader) Students' practice with business partners / Lectures by experts from business (? ? ) Važni indikatori vezani za WP 5: 1. Implementacija master akademskih i strukovnih studija (Izveštaj o implementaciji novog studijskog programa, broj upisanih studenata) 2. Monitoring indikatori definisani i odobreni od strane članova QB (na primer: broj upisanih studenata, prosečna posećenost časova, prosečna ocena, ostali statistički indikatori) 3. Ispitivanje zadovoljstva studenata novim studijskim programima (Sadržaj i dizajn upitnika usvojeni, Obavljeno ocenjivanje od strane partnera, Izveštaj predat WP lideru) 4. Studentska praksa kod poslovnih partnera / predavanja stručnjaka is oblasti (? ? )

Important issues to discuss WP 7: Production of promotional material – brochures, flyers, posters Promotion in WB HEI’s – Promotion on internal meetings in partner institution (at least 2 planned per partner institution) Report on the project promotions in HEI’s to be submitted to WP leader (UNIBI) Važni indikatori vezani za WP 7: 1. Proizvodnja reklamnog materijala – brošure, flajeri, posteri 2. Promocija na WB visokoškolskim institucijama – Promocija na internim sastancima partnerskih institucija (najmanje 2 po instuituciji) 3. Izveštaj o promociji projekta na visokoškolskim institucijama predati WP lideru (UNIBI).
