Leader qualities can start a young age or while you are an adult. People have different opinions on leaders and what they do for their group. There exist some obvious qualities that make a person a good leader competitiveness, communication and discipline. The thing to look for in a leader is if he or she has a creative mind and visionary. LEADER QUALITIES
Communication is a big part in a leadership so everyone is on the same page and there is no complication between one another. When you have communication people can give you feed back to tell you if the idea is good or needs work. Even CEO’s listen to everyone's ideas even if they are low in the pole. Every idea helps if its going to make the business do better. COMMUNICATION
Honesty is a very important quality to have in the business world and the outside world. People and jobs like honest people because it tells if you are a good person or not. The person has to be honest to himself his team and his boss because they know everything that is going on truthfully. HONESTY
A team player is a person that goes along with the people in his group. He or she don’t get into a lot of fights and always. The leader has to have a nice environment for everyone so they don’t get into fights. It is very important for the whole group to get along with each other so there is no complication between one another. TEAM PLAYER
Intelligence is going to reflect on the kind of leader he or she is and how the group is too. Common sense and over all knowing of something is showing intelligence. INTELLIGENCE
A person that is laid back isnt really a leader. The leader has to get everyone to work hard and discipline them to do great. DISCIPLINE
A successful person is when he or she makes calculated risks when everyone else backs off. A leader should be courageous to identify opportunities and strike the jack pot when ever is necessary. The good leader should know between being courageous and not because they can make a bad descion if not. COURAGE
A good leader has to have good visionary. He or she should be able to make long term goals and achieve them. It is good to make realistic goals. The goals you are confident in making by the dead line. GOAL ORIENTED
A good leader motivates his team to strive for better. His words and actions have to be able to motivate both him and his team. The team will have bumps in the road but that is the time for the leader to keep them moving and maybe they have to do a little bit of catching up to do but the leader can help with that. INSPIRING
Broad minded is just as important as being inspiring. The leader also has to be open to suggestions and ideas. The leader is best when he understands the struggle that the team is going through. BROAD MINDED
A good leader will be dedicated to his or her team and his professional life. It is important that he has time for his or hers personal life and their business life. DEDICATION
Humor is an extra bonus in a leader. It shoes that he likes to keep a stress free environment. People feel more comfortable when they have humor in the work place so they can work harder. HUMOR
