Introduction. . . �It is important that those who instruct in the public services, do so well. �In some circumstances this could mean the difference between life and death. �For instance in Afghanistan at the moment people are under a lot of pressure, so it is even more important that the person instructing has the confidence and skills to instruct efficiently.

Should some drugs that are class C or have no category be raised?
