Action: To chase Ian Fry and FPH pathology team • Schedule for development of clinical guidelines agreed with FPH and NEHF Mental Health Orange • Dementia pathway agreed and training booked. ACTION: Sip feeding audit in UGR – July 13 • Waste reduction posters and training in development Enabling Orange • EMIS web roll out delayed. Still no response from EMIS. ACTION: Chase EMIS again for plan & involve commissioning support. • 111 gone-live and SH chairing local monitoring and assurance group • Telehealth delayed to Sept 13 – only 1 practice attended kick off meeting. Action: to use first CIS education mtg for remote monitoring, risk stratification and Telehealth inclusion/exclusion critieria • Docabo IG issues. Action: All practices to sign up to receive DOS reports based on SUS only
