Title The title is big and clearly shows the reader what page they are looking at. It has the ‘Q’ logo which shows that the magazine can easily show and promote itself. The read border behind the cover makes it stand out so draws the eye to it.

Images The use of images gives the reader an insight into what is in the magazine and also makes it look more appealing. Using images also breaks up the text so there isn’t a large amount of writing to have to read all the time. The large image stands out the most, readers of the magazine are most likely interested in this genre and therefore may be fans of the person in the picture, and so this is useful for them to find out where to read about their favourite artists.

Page Numbers The page numbers around the page on images stand out the most, this is helpful for the reader as they can easily locate the parts of the magazine that they want to read the most. The numbers down the column are less bold but still stand out due to the contrast of red and black writing and the text being in bold.

Text The text below the page numbers gives the reader a better understanding of what will be presented within the magazine. Which is a good feature for a magazine as they can just pick it up in store and read the contents page to find out if they want to buy the magazine or not.
