Approach • Implementation of Control Server and Relay Server – Control Server • Situation awareness of Relay Server and Receivers • Switch to Relay Server with better situation • Instruction to Relay Server – Relay Server Control Server • Change in IP Multicast to Unicast • Addition and deletion of destination address • Quality control internet Sender TCP connection Relay Server IPMulticast Unicast Receivers

Relay server Switching algorithm • Load of Relay Server – The number of delivery total fps is more than regulated value (100) – Load. Average is more than regulated value (6) • The Receiver's packet loss – Five continuous time when packet loss is more than regulated value (10%) →triggered under these curcumstances

Relay Server selection algorithm • Comparison of Relay Server sides – total packet losses of destination addresses of relay server – Number of deliveries fps – Load. Average • Comparison of Receiver sides – When the packet loss of the current state is regulated value (10%) larger than a past packet loss • Comparison by both – Comparison between packet loss value that Receiver's memorized and average of packet loss value of data that Relay Server delivers →triggered when one of these condition doesn’t match

Conclusion • Evaluation result – This system suppress packet loss • Study results – Content delivery corresponding to Receiver　 • The delivery matched to Receiver's environment is possible. – Uniting of IP Multicast and Unicast • content delivery to users without IP Multicast environment →Achievement of efficiency improvement of content delivery to Receiver who exists in various environments
