About the Office �The De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Purchasing Center is a service under the General Administrative Service Department. �To support the operations of the institution �Insures that procurement decisions will be made in the best interest of the school �It is based in the Benildean Core Values and the purchasing policies of DLS-CSB

Benefits � They control the number of request from the party � Secures Material requisition Form as proof of request and Payment requisition Slip for payment for their purchases that made � Secure purchased items to the warehouse for inventory and issuance of property tags/stickers before it was distributed to the party � They enter through the canvass report to have an option if the party will purchase an item or not.
Solved Problems �When it was completely correct, the item will released and the Accounting Office will prepare for check payment to the supplier �If the party is able to submit the full requirements in order to process their order
