Who we are… • Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) Is responsible for establishing and administering the University's purchasing policies and procedures consistent with federal, state and University rules and regulations. • Mission: Provide efficient and effective business services for the University. Manage and secure assets and services for University and ensure University of Oregon business is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, policies and best business practices. 2
