Using the visual guide This guide contains animated sequences that are best viewed in Slide Show view. To begin a slide show, on the Slide Show tab, in the Start Slide Show group, click From Beginning. You can also press F 5 to begin the slide show. 2
Before you begin • • • Contact your Share. Point site administrator if you have any questions. Make sure that you have Share. Point Server 2010 Enterprise Client Access License (ECAL) and that Visio Graphic Services have been deployed. Enable Visio Graphic Services on the Share. Point site where you want to publish the Visio web drawing. If you do not have Visio Services enabled, refer to the appendices.

Save the Visio drawing as a. vdw file In Visio, click File, and then click Save & Send.
Save the Visio drawing as a. vdw file Under Save & Send, click Save to Share. Point.
Save the Visio drawing as a. vdw file Under File Types, click Web Drawing (*. vdw), and then click Save As.
Save the Visio drawing as a. vdw file In the Save As dialog box, … select the Share. Point site, . . . enter a file name for the web drawing, … and then click Save.
View the drawing on the Share. Point site On the Share. Point site, point to the Web drawing, click the arrow that appears, and then click View in Web Browser.
View the drawing on the Share. Point site Zoom in/out Refresh the data in the drawing (if the drawing has data) Open the drawing in Visio to edit Select other pages of the drawing Show the shape information pane Close the web drawing

Enable Visio Services on Share. Point Server 2010 On the Share. Point site, click Site Actions, and then click Site Settings. Note: You must have Site Administrator [Full Control] privileges in order to enable Visio Graphic Services.
Enable Visio Services on Share. Point Server 2010 On the Site Settings page, under Site Collection Administration, click Site Collection Features.
Enable Visio Services on Share. Point Server 2010 On the Site Collection Administration page, scroll to Share. Point Server Enterprise Site Collection features, and then click Activate.
