If sleep is inadequate then this imbalance in routine surely affects the health and may become a major cause for health deterioration by weakening the immune power which has a natural repair response in the body 6 to 8 hours of sleep is a must to improve immune power (ELIMINATION & RETENTION Unani medicine believed that balanced between istifragh and ihtibas of substance is very important for maintenance of health.
