A word on processing: • Assessment materials are mailed directly to the mentor within 35 business days of the request. • Upon return, assessments are scored and the assessment folder is mailed to you within 3 -5 business days. • If an assessment is missing and/or incomplete, the mentor and the conference office is contacted. The entire folder is filed until all documents are turned in. • Psychological assessment interviews are handled differently. Please make sure the conference is aware of the contracted procedures for appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. 19
