May include evening and weekend hours. • Access: Increase new patient visits by 20% • Telehealth: Maintain at least 1/3 of contacts as telehealth • Vacations: Requests for vacations are to be evaluated in the context of the necessity to keep clinical programs fully staffed while catching up with backlog.
