Overview • Psy. Chart is an electronic charting program that provides a customized set of features specifically tailored to Psychiatric practice. • Supports both electronic and paper chart models. • Fully integrated view of patient information • Runs on Windows 95, 98 and Windows NT • Fully integrated with Microsoft Office
Features & Benefits to Assist in Data Entry • Multiple Basic and Custom Chart Sections. • Typing “shortcuts” provide rapid text entry. • Auto-fill of fields that often do not change between progress notes nor between medication orders means fewer fields to be entered in most cases. • Pull-down lists of commonly used terms and phrases quickens entry and safeguards against typos.
