Role: You are a graphic artist for a government agency. Audience: Your audience are citizens of the world that live in regions with extreme weather phenomena. Situation: The situation you find yourself in is there is a major weather phenomenon about to occur. The government is asking you to create/design a PSA to help citizens understand prepare for the impending weather. Product: You will create/design a PSA. Address the following questions in your PSA. What is the weather phenomena? (Monsoons, Typhoons, Hurricanes, or Tornadoes) Where/when will it occur? What is the potential threat to humans/environments? How can people prepare for it?

What ever medium you choose must include all the requirements outlined on the handout. Can we work with a partner? You may work with a partner on video PSA announcements only. When is the project due? The project is due Tuesday, October 8 th Will we work on it in class? Yes, you will be allowed two and a half class days to work on the project. You may also work on the project at home.
