Summary We created graphs to show PSA Peugeot Citroën which cars would make a profit. We chose our cars and exchanged the money of the car in pounds to USD. We multiplied it by the profit percentage which we chose and got how much the car would cost. We created parabolas and found the maximum point at which they are making the most money selling a certain amount of cars. In the first graph we predicted if we sold 33, 000 cars we would be losing $-111, 000. In the second graph we predicted that if you sold 43, 000 cars you would make $615, 000.
Solution • • They will not make a profit off of selling the CITROËN GRAND C 4 PICASSO therefore we would recommend them not to sell that car. They will be making a profit selling the CITROËN C 3. We would recommend them to sell their car.
