OM PROJECTS SPECIALIZED PROJECT LOGISTICS Om Projects provides customized logistics services as per requirement of the project. Our Specialized Project Logistics is specifically meant of EPC Turnkey projects and is spread over 3 major phases termed as CPE services : - 1) Consultation 2) Planning 3) Execution

Consultancy on Project Logistics Management Ø We require tentative cargo vendor’s country/ port along with product’s weight volume & quantity for complete project. Ø We give costs from worldwide origins to project site so that purchase team can decide the supplier based on total landed cost of the cargo. Ø On selection supplier/origin best Port of Loading is decided considering various factors like Vessel frequency & port infrastructure. Ø Based on cargo details and its requirement on site we suggest customer for the best shipment mode i. e. break-bulk/ containerized/air. Ø On the basis of cargo details received, we suggest our customer best terms of shipment (whether it should be Ex-works, CIF or FOB etc) Ø We suggest proper packing as per requirement of the cargo which ensures cargo safety, proper space utilization so that operation can be carried smoothly without any hurdles.

Planning of overall movement of Project Cargo Ø Based on cargo readiness and cargo requirement at project site & we plan complete end to end operations accordingly. Consolidation / Vendor SCM Process: “ PO Receipt – Om freight Nomination – Vendor Follow ups - Consolidation ” Ø Considering total cargo quantity, we negotiate with vendors achieve the economies of scale and save on transportation cost by using concepts like ‘JUST IN TIME & LEAN TRANSPORTATION ’. Ø As per the requirement of the cargo at site, we suggest storage of the cargo at origin or in warehouse (bonded) at destination which helps to save the financial charges by avoiding movement of cargo earlier then required. Hence Freight + duty + related handling expenses can be deferred till cargo is actually required by site

Execution of actual cargo movement Ø We keep close monitoring on movement of the cargo it helps to keep synchronization among the supplier and vendor. Ø We implement just in time in our logistics operation by delivering “What is exactly needed” at site & Lean Movement by using optimum space and eradicating the wastage of space during movement. Ø We also accommodate contingencies; so as to ensure the prompt delivery and maintain smooth operation. Ø Our own offices on Pan India basis & our offices overseas along with our strong projects logistics partners worldwide we provide ancillary services under OSS (one stop solution) services.

ONE STOP SOLUTION SERVICES FOR PROJECT EXIM MOVEMENT ( OSS )

( OSS ) Ø Under our OSS (one stop solution) we provide wide range of ancillary services which is always open to any requirement of Projects/customer: Ø Monitoring of pre and post shipment activities. Ø Freight rates to all sea/air ports of the world including third country/cross trades. Ø Inspection of the cargo in context to its quantity, dimension, packing and other statutory compliance as per the standards. Ø Export packing of the cargo and requirement of fumigation based on which country it is to be exported. Ø Inland transportation to pick the cargo from the vendor premises to carting area in the port.

OSS CONTD. Ø Warehousing and storage of the cargo in open or closed area. Ø Custom clearance of the cargo. Ø Cargo consolidation to save on cost of handling of the cargo. Ø Lashing and chocking on the basis of the cargo and suggest temporary mechanical modification if required. Ø Survey of the cargo, securing of the cargo (lashing/chocking and welding). Ø Documentation as per requirement of Port of Loading and Destination Port specifically for re-export and re-import cargo.

OSS CONTD . Ø Customs clearance : - We own CHA license & are operating at major ports & airports out of India. Ø Origin Ex-works movement : We have own offices covering major sea ports & air ports for Handling of cargo from origin on Ex-works basis, 1) India ( 15 offices )2) China (Shenzhen & Shanghai ), 3 ) Singapore Ø SWITCH BL and SINGLE CURRENCY TRANSACTION: - All payments can be made locally or in a Single currency thus mitigating exchange rate risks & loss thereof. SWITCH BL can be involved so as to keep transactions confidential in case if it is required. Ø MIS reports : Customized MIS reports as per customer’s requirement is provided on daily basis.
