Current Statistics • 3 Million war veterans suffer from PTSD • 80% are self medicating with drugs or alcohol • Officially 7, 000 suicides per year (18 -22 per day) • Unofficially 35, 000 veteran suicides per year = 20% of all US suicides • Vietnam War = 58, 315 dead • Post Vietnam 50 k-150 k are dead from suicide after returning home 3

Base Treatment Our Treatment Strategy 5 Month residential holistic program Treats the psyche, body, and soul PTSD is a disorder of recovery Our treatment is focused on family and community Our clients are in a situation of collective healing Clients receive 18 hours/week of mental health therapy 144 x more than the VA provides (30 min/month) Enough time is invested in recovery Time to cleanse their bodies Time to learn about recovery and abstention Time to deal with the root causes of their addiction The longer they build their defenses, the better their chances of recovery 17

In partnership with the California State Bar Association Troy founded the first online substance abuse treatment program, offering immediate treatment for veterans and their dependents free of charge. Previously, he was a real estate developer for 24 years. Joe Heaney Executive Vice President Lisa M. Negele Executive Vice President/ CFO Expertise in operations, P&L management, multi-site project management. Lisa attended the University of California, Berkeley where she majored in Mathematics and Economics. 20
HOMEBASE TREATMENT Protecting our Protectors Stacie Boesch Director of Education Barbara Meinert Director • Vietnam veteran where he served as a medic • Stacie Boesch has been a professional educator and teacher for 30 years. • Barbara Meinert is president of Country Squire Investments. • He has spent his entire career serving veterans and their families • Involved with agriculture management in her family business – almond farming – • At the Veterans Administration he managed the moral injuries, counseling and guidance, psycho-education and group dynamics • Stacie received a B. S. degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah, an Med in Education Administration from Chapman University, and an M. A. , Reading and Literary Leadership Specialist, from Fresno State University. Additionally, she has a Language Development Specialist Credential. • She is a Commercial Real Estate developer, Philanthropist, and part of a nearly 100 -yearold family farming concern in the San Joaquin Valley. Stephen Lawson, Director, Chief Operating Officer • He received an M. S. from Fresno State University in Rehabilitation Counseling/Psychology • Barbara is skilled in budgeting, management, customer service, sales, and strategic planning. • She is a strong business development professional with a B. A. degree (focused in Business Administration and Management, General) from California State University, 21 Fresno, Menlo College

Treat, IV Director Sherry Whitmore Director • Sydney Treat has been involved in the Alcohol and Drug Abuse sector for more than 30 years. • Sherry Whitmore has 15 plus years of experience as a principal/operator/worker in multiple substance abuse treatment centers including residential, detox, and outpatient facilities. • Sherry received her Bachelor of Science, Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Gardena, California. 22
