Proses Umum Permohonan Surat Kelulusan Perjalanan ke Malaysia oleh Perwakilan Malaysia di Luar Negara Pemohon boleh memuat turun Lo. U melalui laman sesawang Kementerian Luar Negeri/media sosial Kedutaan/Suruhanjaya Tinggi/Konsulat Jeneral/ Konsulat Malaysia di luar negara (Perwakilan Malaysia) Lo. U juga boleh dimuat turun melalui laman sesawang Majlis Keselamatan Negara, Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara, Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia dan Kementerian Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya Pemohon perlu mengisi Lo. U tersebut, imbas dan e-melkan kepada Perwakilan Malaysia yang ditauliahkan Tidak setuju menanggung kos kuarantin Permohonan diterima oleh Perwakilan Malaysia Setuju menanggung kos kuarantin Surat Kelulusan akan dikemukakan kepada pemohon melalui emel Surat Kelulusan tidak akan dikeluarkan kepada pemohon Pemohon yang tidak bersetuju untuk menanggung kos kuarantin tetapi tetap menaiki penerbangan pulang ke Malaysia bakal berdepan tindakan undang-undang di bawah Akta 342 E-mel Perwakilan Malaysia di luar negara boleh didapati di pautan berikut https: //www. kln. gov. my/ web/guest/malaysianmission Menaiki pesawat pulang ke Malaysia Salinan asal Lo.
