About This Contribution • Goal and scope of this contribution – Propose the clean

About This Contribution • Goal and scope of this contribution – Propose the clean up text on channel coding and HARQ section to be included in IEEE 802. 16 m amendment • What are proposed in this contribution? – C 802. 16 m/0868 r 2 accepted in session #61 is re-visited and editorial corrections are proposed. – Position of the mislaying texts are adjusted • TBCC, MCS table for CQI reporting – Text is re-written in more compact , readable and clear format

TBCC for Control Channel • TBCC is moved from control channel section to channel

TBCC for Control Channel • TBCC is moved from control channel section to channel coding section – Rate 1/5 TBCC as a mother code – Rate matching scheme is included to support code rates other than 1/5 • Puncturing and Repetition rule controlled by parameters M and Kbufsize – Relevant text changes in control channel section are also proposed. • Repetition block is removed in process block diagram • Comment resolutions on DL control are reflected. – #481, #492, #494.

MCS table • Table 744 - MCS table for CQI reporting is moved from

MCS table • Table 744 - MCS table for CQI reporting is moved from channel coding section to Link Adaptation section

Burst Size Signaling • Text that accepted by 868 r 2 but not correctly

Burst Size Signaling • Text that accepted by 868 r 2 but not correctly implemented in AWD is proposed again. • Table 742, 743 are re-written – Only 39 out of 149 NFB sizes are remained • Table 745 is removed

Comment Resolution • Following Comments will be superceded by comment #789 – Technical: 500,

Comment Resolution • Following Comments will be superceded by comment #789 – Technical: 500, 501, 502, 503, 792, 793, 794, 795, 796, 797, 798, 800 – Editorial: 731, 799 • Editorial comment #731 should be superceded because it suggests to move TBCC to another place.
