Proposal 2 There are the same notes under the Figure A 4. App 12/5 and Figure A 4. App 12/6 in the Annex 4, Appendix 12 for GTR 2 of ECE/TRANS/180/Add. 2/Amend. 4： Note: The truncated desired vehicle speed trace limited to 25 km/h is applicable for vehicles with a limited maximum design vehicle speed of 25 km/h. In case of vehicle with maximum design speed of 50 km/h. the vehicle shall be driven on WMTC up to maximum speed of 50 km/h.

• Justification Ø According to Table 2 in paragraph 3. 2, chapter II for GTR 2 of ECE/TRANS/180/Add. 2/Amend. 4, the maximum speed of Sub-class 0 -2 is 50 km/h, it should use part 1, reduced vehicle speed in cold condition, followed by part 1, reduced vehicle speed in warm condition, and if the maximum design speed is 45 km/h, it should use RST 45+RST 45. Max speed is 50 km/h ØRelated documents may see EPPR-24 -07 (China) GTR 2 B 5 proposal and EPPR-26 -17 EPPR report.

• Justification (NEW) Ø According to GTR 2, the maximum speed of Sub-class 0 -2 is 50 km/h, we hope the test cycle of these vehicles may be found in Table A 1/1 easily and obviously. Ø In the Figure A 4 note, the sentence” In case of vehicle with maximum design speed of 50 km/h. the vehicle shall be driven on WMTC up to maximum speed of 50 km/h” means the test cycle is same with class I. This sentence may be move to Table A 1/1 and has the same description with class I.
