CQR WORKSHEET & SUBMITTING DATA /SCORES ONLINE § ALL rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors must complete a Cadet Qualification Report (“CQR”) Worksheet and then submit their scores and data online. This includes cadets who have already been elected to positions (i. e. , Honor Committee, Team Captains, Class President, etc. ) § IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR RANK, instead complete a "Request to Decline Consideration for Rank" form (and turn it in to your CO TAC) § Once you submit your worksheet information online, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email you provided 6
The CQR Worksheet is a 3 page. pdf that can be saved to your computer and completed electronically. If you have problems with the form fields: • Download the worksheet to your computer, save it, then reopen it with your Adobe Reader. • OR- Print the worksheet and fill it out manually. Write your calculations next to the boxes. After you complete the form, input your data and scores online.
• DATA AND SCORES from your worksheet must entered online during the “open submission” period. ONLINE SUBMISSION OPEN DATES: 2 – 21 JANUAURY, 2019
