This includes elements such as stakeholder management, detailed planning, project management processes, risk and issue management, change management, in addition to the actual project office infrastructure and team mobilization. 4 IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY & APPROACH Phase 1 – Project Preparation and Evaluation

This will include design and development of security, forms, conversions, enhancements; identification of custom reports, establishing Quality Assurance, integration test plans and design and development of end-user training.
