Card Types • Credit Cards – Mastercard – Visa – Diners • Happyplus Card – Happyplus Red Card – Happyplus JKC Card – Happyplus Green Card
SOD of Happyplus • No more six steps • Just turn on the device and ensure Authentication receipt is printed • Ensure terminal is authenticated during SOD for online availability and monitoring.
Payment Process for Dine In Credit Card
Punch Customer’s Orders
Select Payment Order
Proceed to the 3 in 1 Terminal to perform CC Transaction.
Go Back to the POS and Select Credit Card Type
Enter Manager’s Code and Password.
Encode Invoice Number for the Appr. Code and Amount
Encode Table Number:
Encode Customer’s Name:
Payment Process for Dine. In/Take. Out Happyplus using Happy Load (Please see video)
Cashier Cut-Off/EOD
Proceed to the BOS.
Click Store Operations then click Card Transaction Entry.
Select the start and end date of the report then select transaction type before click OK.
Select the transaction to review and verfiy Invoice and/or TID number click OK.
• Ensure that all approval codes are encoded correctly on each credit Card and Happyplus transactions. • Use the Terminal Batch Review and Detailed Report • Manager’s name is indicated if the transactions are verified. • Cashier Cut-off/EOD will not push if there are unverified transactions.
Terminal EOD • Perform separate Settlement for Credit Card and Happyplus for each terminals.
• Business Rule: No VOID for Reload • Follow Last In – First Out in Voiding

Deployment • IM Team will send ANSI POS SNAPE update via ftp. • GHL Team will deliver the 3 in 1 terminal to store. – – Perform signal testing for Smart/Globe Perform credit card and Happyplus test transactions MOD will sign the test receipts as proof Endorse the Terminal, charger and thermal paper rolls 3 packs – Pullout of Ldevice and VR readers. • NOTE: Do not accept HP Transactions if POS is not updated or terminal are not delivered.
