Program Description • • Collaboration of 5 organizations One school year program Students eligible for Special Education Services and Vocational Rehabilitation Last year of HS eligibility 3: 10 Week Internships Training in real work settings Life Skills Instruction Outcome of employment- with supports from all stakeholders

Overall Goals • Employment for Project SEARCH graduates • At least 20 hrs per week (based on individual) • Minimum Wage or higher • Change in Business Culture • Increase problem solving skills and self advocacy • Development of a transferable skill set
