PROJECT BACKGROUND Currently, Jakarta population has exceeded 10 million people and only one access to the airport via the toll road. With an annual total of 51, 5 million passengers and annual increase of 15%, it caused a need of alternative transportation in order to respond toward the tremendeous groth. To support this, the expansion of the Port of Tanjung Priok - Cilamaya needs to be done. This will reduce transportation costs for industry in the northern region of West Java and increase the comparative advantage for export commodities.
