Project Goals • Provide efficient and cost conscientious program and design that utilizes the available construction budget to maximize the usable area within the building • Provide flexible programs and spaces that can be adapted to a variety of different uses in the future as the campus grows and develops • Provide programs and spaces that attract the largest number of students and provides a dense population utilizing the building for the largest part of the day • Provide programs that will support and propagate a diverse and balanced group of students; ethnically, culturally and by gender.
