Display and Safety Check On Tuesday of fair week, projects are brought to the fair between 9: 00 a. m. and 7: 00 p. m. and are inspected by the Display and Safety Committee. All projects must be approved on Tuesday before they can be judged on Wednesday. Do not just set up your project and leave the hall! No changes may be made to the project display once the project has been approved. Project notebooks or equipment items may be removed after the D&S check and brought back for judging day. OCCASIONALLY students are allowed to display items during JUDGING ONLY, then removed before Public Viewing. Permission must be granted by the Fair Directors.
