Rikoti-Zestaponi Highway Project Description (Regional Criteria) • TRACECA route - Tbilisi-Senaki. Leselidze international road • Directly Interconnects – 4 countries (Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan) • Suggested project is the to upgrade existing road from 2 lines to 4 lines and construction new road on some sections. • Road section located on Poti-Tbilisi-Red Bridge road (part of TRACECA) in the Imereti region, connecting western and eastern regions, regions ensuring transit traffic via Georgia to/from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
