Glass loose within leading, requiring experienced craftsman seal glass into leading with new wood and putty new cement to seal Capital Project: Refurbish & repair all stained glass & double-hung windows Cost: Reserve Study est. $202 K to replace. Restoration was $70 K. Will require more attention over time.
