What is Progress Monitoring? O Scientifically based practice that is used to assess students’ academic performance and evaluate the effectiveness of instruction. O To implement PM, the student’s current level of performance are determined and goals are identified for learning that will take place over time. Collect data points!

Why Progress Monitor?
O Screening O All patients- weight / blood pressure O Diagnostic O Talk to doctor, send for xrays – MRI O Develop and implement plan - surgery O Progress Monitoring O Check back with doctor, how is blood pressure now? What do assessments look like now? O Is it working ? Should we do something else?
