Fellow-Elect Terms & Conditions Ø Fellowship initiated when admission finalised Ø One year to secure university placement Ø Degree & study field for which selected Ø Language proficiency for study program FORD FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM

Fellow-Elect Terms & Conditions Ø Professional Standards - conduct and Integrity Ø Participation in IFP activities, 3 orientations & PAT as necessary Ø Residence in home country during Fellow-Elect period FORD FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM

Fellow-Elect Terms & Conditions Ø Maintain your current employment Ø Secure admission for full time study during fellowship period Ø Make necessary financial and care arrangements for dependents during pre-fellowship and fellowship period Ø Inform changes in address and contact information FORD FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM

Fellow-Elect Terms & Conditions Ø Provide information to various partners as requested Ø Report any physical or mental illness or family emergency preventing completion of academic program Ø No health insurance during Fellow Elect period Ø Information on Fellows Elect may be included in IFF, IP publications, websites or any other publicity material Ø Fellows-Elect are expected to seek and follow the advice of their IP Contact Persons throughout this period FORD FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM
