DELIVERABLES Ø Fat agents: Actions 1 -2; deadline 6 months

Inception Report Ø Inception Report to be delivered within nine months of the project start (September 2012) Ø The form and contents of the reports shall be in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the Commission. All reports shall contain the necessary information for the Commission to evaluate the state of implementation of the project, the respect of the work plan, the financial situation of the project and whether the project's objectives have been achieved or are still achievable.

Inception Report Ø The inception report shall contain an assessment as to whether the project objectives and work plan are still valid. The inception report shall contain justification of possible project deviations. On the basis of the inception report submitted by the coordinating beneficiary, and if the project's objectives are not achievable or the work plan is not feasible, the Commission may launch an early termination procedure Ø The inception report contains in around 20 pages a short and concrete summary of work done and cost substained for each action

Inception Report Ø The inception report shall contain the following attachment: o Deliverables foreseen in the period o Document with more details (tests, photos etc. ) o Output indicators o Dissemination report

Inception Report Ø In the proposal the deadline of the ECOFATTING Inception report is defined as 6 months Ø ICCOMCNR will ask to the desk officer for postponing the deadline to 9 months (September 2012) Ø ICCOMCNR, as coordinator, will prepare the ECOFATTING Inception Report Ø ICCOMCNR will send (July 2012) to each partner a document to fill in with technical, economical and dissemination activities and data

Inception Report Ø Each partner will send to ICCOMCNR the document of partner contribution filled in no later than 10 th September

Document preparation Ø ICCOMCNR will send to all partners some reccomandations for improving the collection and predisposition of documents for costs justification (following the inputs received by the monitoring representant)

Partnership agreements addendum Ø ICCOMCNR will send to all partners an addendum to the Partnership Agreement with the formal definition of period of 3 months for sending all the update technical and administrative documents by each partner to ICCOMCNR Ø Each partner will sign this addendum

Partner cost analysis Each partner has received the EC advanced payments: 70%
