Professional background Richard V Oulahan Richard is an international management consultant, trainer and seminar leader. He has consulted with corporate and private/public organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa dealing with management development, organizational improvement and communication effectiveness. He brings over 40 years of experience in the education field and makes it relevant to today’s situation. Richard received a BA/History from Haverford College and Masters/Industrial Relations from Univ. Of District of Columbia, he was a Fulbright Scholar, and completed a Harvard Business School program on negotiation and communication methods.
