Profession: The words "profession" and "professional" come from the Latin word "profession, " which means a public declaration with the force of a promise.
Professional: A professional is a person who belongs to a group (a profession) which possesses specialized knowledge skills and attitudes which have been obtained after a long period of study and which are used to benefit other members of society.

Professionality is: an ideologically-, attitudinally-, and intellectually- based stance on the part of an individual, in relation to the practice of the profession to which s/he belongs, and which influences her/his professional practice.
