Issues – Spend Category, Spam • Spend Categories - When a SIR or Requisition arrives in Procurement or Accounts Payable with an incorrect Spend Category it will be sent back to the SIR Initiator or Requisitioner • It will need to go through the approval process all over again • There is a “Find Spend Category” feature Glori has demoed in a past meeting and will be included in the next newsletter • Some Workday email messages are going to Clutter, Spam, Junk – please check all your folders. 4

Enhancements - Training • Final pilot system testing has been completed for the Procure to Pay Approver Overview for EUAT § Available in My. Path • It is not visible in the catalog, but can be assigned to new approvers for the EUAT. • If someone needs to be added as an Approver please let Sharon Kraynik or me know • SIR Training for My. Path is in process • Working to get Requisitioner training enabled for late August 5

Decisions • Discussion regarding allowing Non Catalogue in Jaggaer but due to complexities with data integrity and the associated risks between the two systems will only allow non catalogue in Workday • Will not have a “Shopper” role. Any employee can be set up as a “Requisitioner” when can then select items and pass along to another “Requisitioner” to push the cart through “check out” • Planning for the EUAT go live to start November 19. • Avoids Jaggaer’s release • Will have coverage Thanksgiving week • UAT Run through January 25 • Soliciting for Pilot groups to start Late Feb 2019 • Would like to pull in other Cost Centers and FAOs within the EUAT/UAT participants to the first Pilot 6

Using technology should be the way we overcome challenges, not the challenge itself.

Future meetings • As EUAT stabilizes, evaluate need and plan for future meetings: • August 8 will cancel if no topics • August 15 is not a planned meeting but will offer a Jaggaer Demo, summary of EUAT activity • Jaggaer will not be ready to demo prior • Mid October - UAT Kick off Meeting • Catalogue / Marketplace • Requisitioners and Approvers • Share information and plans for training, testing, Go Live 8
