When are apps processed? �Processed once a day, Monday-Friday �Processed twice a day during Weeks 8 and 1 �Process is generally started around 11: 00 to 11: 30 a. m. Pulling Applications & Pre-Work � Pull undergrad & grad applications for each location � Ensure applications where submitted for correct location Check for location, major, and advisor if the student is college aged � Move applications if necessary � Check TX for enrollment advisor If student is not in TX, we refer to the App Notification emails from Casey Wieder Enrollment advisor is notated on the top of each application � Check NSLDS for student loan status Loan status is notated on the top of each application � Search applicant’s name in CX to ensure that they have not previously been assigned an ID#

Processing Applications �Check for payment Notated on the top of each application �Submit application for new ID# or refresh existing ID# �Enter educational history �Receive ID# Notated on the top of the application �Repeat for each application

Inputting Information �Enter student’s information from application �Set the decision, decision date and status

Inputting Information � Students that are NOT fully accepted and rolled on acceptance: Grad Students BSN Students Defaulted Students that are close to their aggregate (safety) limits ▪ See NSLDS slide � These students are moved to an applied status and left without a decision code until further notified � All other students are brought to an accepted status and given a decision code of ‘full’

Rolling Students �Students who are fully accepted will be ‘rolled over’ which is the process that creates their program enrollment, creates a student email, and inserts them into the SIC �Rolling Students Run the ‘SQL’ Create the Program Enrollment Check Display Student Data

Additional Information � Students who do not provide a social security number must be entered into the system manually.
