Create account xxxxx • Customer: In order to do shop online, need to go for our website and create account. For signing up, customer needs to provide a username(email id) and password. Customer receives mail and need to confirm email address. After creating account, customer needs to login to the account.
Shop and adding items to cart
• When logged in to the website, you will have the menu with different options. • In the account, at first there will be (pop)suggestions box where customer can prefer to select brands and items • Now the customer starts shopping the items that they wants to order and add to cart. • At last, customer places order.
Payment and Customer Receipt • After shopper shops the customer order, we will deduct the amount and sends receipt to the provided email address
Delivery and Customer feedback • • After payment successfully, order will be send to warehouse followed by delivery. customer will get order and requested to give feedback to their order.
