Airfield Works Coordination Process Improvement Target Result • A pre-night works meeting 2300 at AOC (trial w. e. f. 1 Sep 05 and full implementation target on 1 Oct 05) • All involved parties better coordinate on all airfield works and enhance works safety and efficiency • Significantly reduce information collection and communication time • Target manpower saving: 30 man hour/month
