Pre-Requisites – The process document (an MS Excel File) to be uploaded should be complete in all respects and approval of concerned Level-2 Process Owner should be obtained prior to uploading the process document (s) – The naming convention for the process document should be strictly followed as per the example given below: (Ex: “EPM 09. 01. 05 Statutory Requirement Tracking and Compliance” ) – If any new reference documents (such as work instructions, procedures etc) are to be created, the same can be done by inserting additional worksheets in the same excel file as above – If the document being referenced, already exists, please create a folder with the file name as above and put all these documents together in this folder. If the size of the file is large (manuals etc. ), please compress the file before uploading (zip) – Since the documents once uploaded can not be deleted make sure that the same document is updated.

To get blank copies of formats double click on “Blank formats” folder – Locate the file you need and double click on the same – The file will open. To upload copies of your filled in documents double click on appropriate sub folder in the level-1 folder – Make sure that the file is of read only type (this can be done by file>properties and checking the read only attribute on the screen that appears) – Copy the file from your desktop into the selected folder (Maintain one copy of the document with you) D. To edit the existing uploaded files, double click on the appropriate sub folder in the level-1 folder – Locate the file you need and double click on the same – The file will open.
