Reason – bad classification in lists Voters prefer men Ca 45% members, but less than 30% members of the boards of political parties are women All women organisations do a good cooperation

Our stategy Objective Increase the number, empowerment, and representation of female politicians Subobjective (as a method to reach the objective) Boost the female electoral turnout Increase the proportion of female candidates at the European Parlament elections in 2014 and Estonian Parlament elections in 2015 Outcome The share of female candidates and votes increases
