Company review In 2002 the company acquired a peat facility near the Basianovsky village that develops and produces peat for fuel energetic and agricultural needs, which were the reasons for its foundation in 1933. Nowadays the peat industry is the primal line of the company’s activity. The venture sets on the two largest peat pools – Basianvskoe and Koksharovsko. Kombaevskoe, and the right to develop these was verified with the certificates from the regional Ministry Of Natural Resources. The explored reserve of these two peat pools almost reaches 100 million tons and its composition gives way to develop the higher, lower, and transitive peat; output peat production of almost any technical characteristics. At present day, due to municipal contract, “Prizma” Ltd. supplies fuel peat, and sod peat for public needs. Considering the regional project of developing the raw materials reserves, the company aims to increase the peat-extracting capacity every year and to care the industrial modernization is to be done. Moreover, the company has prepared an investment project of constructing a thermal power station based on the “Basianovskoe” peat facility of 50 -100 MWt power output. Achieving this would give a possibility to supply a large territory with an inexpensive energy and would finally solve a problem of drying an essential amount of peat for fuel peat briquettes, inhibitors and other peat-containing production. The power from the station is planned to be transferred into the “Sverdlovenergo” electricity system. This project must be rather attractive to the potential investors. Furthermore, “Prizma” Ltd. carries out researches concerning unique peat-containing production, applying to a vast range of economics’s sectors, having letters of authenticity for company’s innovations. .

Map of Sverdlovsk region In Basianovskoe village (Sverdlovsk region, Verhnesaldinskiy district, 219 km north from Yekaterinburg), locates a complex facility (belongs to “Prizma” Ltd. ) developing and extracting higher, lower and transitive milling peat. Nowadays our company is the biggest peat supplier in the Urals federal district. The explored reserve of our peat pools almost reaches 100 million tons. Car loads are processed on the Peregruzochnaya station of Sverdlovsk railway (station code - 772109, Basianovsky village, Verhnesaldinskiy district , Sverdlovsk region). The peat-extracting capacity of our company reaches up to 200000 tons per year and mostly due to orders. .

Our products 2. Fuel Peat. - Sod (semi-briquette) and milling fuel peat for municipal and public needs. The end-users of the product are municipal ventures and objects, foundations, private sector and agricultural objects etc. The most substantial benefit in switching heat aggregates from diesel, fuel oil, or coal to local range of fuels based on peat or peat compositions (with wood waste or wooden sawdust) is decreasing expenses up to 15 -20 times and its ecological rate being at a high level. 1. Agricultural milling peat. Organic and mineral agents containing in peat positively act on fruit-bearing capacity. Peat gradually outputs useful substances into soil, making them accessible for plants and microorganisms. At the same time peat’s absorptive ability prevents nourishing elements erosion. Peat contains: - Vegetative grains, normalizing moisture state of soil; - Humic acid, improving plant growth; - Nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium and other essential elements for plants. Peat improves soil, lowers consistence of nitrates in plant production grown on peat up to 2 times, and prevents accumulating heavy metals and other harmful substances in harvest, reduces poisoning soil by pesticides. 3.
