2. How to login in HR/Sigal ØIf you visit this site for the first time, please click on “First access ? /Forgot password ? ", add your e-mail address in the pop-up box and you will receive your User ID and Password. If you do not receive an email response within the next hour, please contact hrteam@rail. bombardier. com. Ø As a manager you will receive a request by e-mail to approve a training; Ø The approval process is done through HR/Sigal either selecting “Approve Registrations” on the bottom of the section “Training”, OR 5

Ø On the main page, click on the “Register an employee” button. Search for the desired learning activity, click on “Calendar” and then select the desired session or waiting list; Ø You can then access the list of your employees by leaving all fields blank and then clicking on “Continue” at the bottom of the page. Then, once the new page loads, check the box corresponding to the employee you want to register, click “Continue”, and then “Save”; OR 8 PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL © Bombardier Inc. or its subsidiaries. All rights reserved. ØOnce the new page loads, select the box corresponding to the employee/employees you’ve added, click on “Continue”, and then “Save”. 9
