Problem • At least 2~3 weeks is required to hatching Killifish. It is too long time to compare with its life.

Hypothesis • Not only High temperature but also oxygen concentration will accelerate development

Strategies • Try development under various conditions

Experimental design (simple version) • 1) Buy a lots of eggs • 2) Buy fish tanks, heaters, aerators and sensors for measuring temperature and oxygen concentration • 3) Set incubator of various temperature, oxygen concentration (specific condition will decided later) • 4) Development 17~20 eggs per each condition
