Principle of Management Division of work: � Work specialization can result in efficiencies. � Work specialization means division of work in organization � e. g. in organization different nature of job exists in different department such as marketing, finance, operation etc.
Principle of Management Authority: � Authority is the legitimate power. � Authority is the right to give orders. � Authority person. makes manager the responsible
Principle of Management Disciplines: � Discipline is very much important for smooth running of an organization � Foyal says that for getting the job 100% you must maintain some discipline inside the organization. � Employees must obey and respect the rules that govern the organization
Principle of Management Unity of Command: An employee should receive order from one superior only. Unity of Direction: The organization should have a single plan of action to guide managers and workers.
Principle of Management Subordination of individual interests to the general interest. � The interest of one employee or group of employees should not prevail over the organization’s interest and goals. � The interests of any one employee or group of employees should not take precedence over the interests of the organization as a whole.

Principle of Management Order: � It means that materials and the people should be in the right place and at the right time. � Every thing should be placed in an organized way inside the organization.
Principle of Management Equity: � According to equity employees must be treated with justice and kindness. � e. g. two persons hired in organization having same qualification and experience so there salary level must be same.
Principle of Management Initiative: � In order to explore the capabilities of workers the manager must take some initiative. � People have potential to do any type of job.
