PHOTOCOPIER FRAUD Resolved Group 1: Wells Fargo leases have now been resolved In Progress An encouraging development in that DLL now appears willing to negotiate and has asked that we provide a solution; working with legal counsel now and will propose the Wells Fargo framework Group 2: where machine is associated with both a Wells Fargo and DLL Lease (though WF framework provides a solution. DLL has until now been unwilling to resolve Group 3: DLL leases Next Steps 3 locations (2 parishes, 1 school) have been served Notices of Civil Claim. We will respond until they are dropped by DLL given recent overture to resolve Communications to Groups 2&3 sent out last week advising of next steps

POLICY UPDATE Education Committee Elections Provision for French Immersion Schools - feedback requested In pipeline 5 December Education Committee Composition (Policy 106) and Terms of Office (Policy 111) will be combined; clarification on terms limits Business Administration collapse of 200 series into single document; expansion of oversight and financial controls; inclusions of news sections on electronic payments, use of online banking, etc.
