If older people don’t know how to do online shopping they could be forced to go shopping which puts them at risk Disadvantages: • People may get insulted if you offer them help • Not everyone has access to a computer, or wifi • It would be easy to organise Disadvantages: • It could put more pressure on postmen • If I deliver letters myself I am putting myself and my family more at risk
