Prevention, Diversion and Offending AIM To deliver a pro-active and targeted service to young people, utilising various levels of intervention dependent on level of need. All services provide support and guidance and assist young people in identifying alternatives to leading chaotic lifestyles. Prevention Reducing the risks young people face through focused informal and formal learning opportunities and targeted programmes Diversion Diverting young people away from becoming involved in crime and anti social behaviour by providing pro social activities which encourage them to make informed, safe and healthy lifestyle choices
